I completed my undergraduate degree at Connecticut College, New London, in 2004 and received my medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine, Philadelphia, in 2009. My family medicine residency was completed at Lancaster General Hospital in Lancaster, Pa.  I completed a family practice fellowship with American Academy of Family Practice in 2021.   I have been practicing office-based family medicine in Sussex County since 2012- first in Georgetown then in Lewes.  In 2023 I joined Atlantic Adult and Pediatric Medicine. 

 

As a family practice doc I enjoy seeing the full spectrum of ages. I believe in partnering with my patients for well visits, addressing health concerns and coaching through the ups and downs of life. With strong training in evidence- based medicine and an interest in integrative health, we collaborate on treatment paths and goals.   

 

Outside of the office I enjoy sports/dance activities with my 2 children and husband, long dog walks and family travel!
